Shipping Policy 

 

At Poolshop.com, we work hard to make your shipping experience fast, reliable, and hassle-free. We partner with trusted carriers including UPS, FedEx, USPS, and specialized freight lines to deliver across the 48 contiguous United States

 

Standard Shipping:

  • Processing Time: Most orders ship within 24 hours
  • Delivery Time: Standard items typically arrive within 2–7 business days
  • Tracking: You’ll receive an email with tracking details once your order ships. 

 

Freight Shipments:

 

Some oversized or heavy items — such as heat pumps, gas heaters, large filters, slides, and diving boards — must ship via freight carriers

 

Important Details: 

  • Delivery Time: Typically 4–7 business days, but can take up to 1–2 weeks depending on your location. 
  • Delivery Location: Curbside only (front of driveway). Carriers will not move items to garages, backyards, or install them. 
  • Additional Charges: Deliveries to rural or limited-access areas may incur extra fees. You will be notified via email prior to shipping if this applies. 

 

Freight Delivery Instructions:

 

To ensure a smooth delivery and protect your purchase, please follow these steps: 

  1. Inspect all cartons before signing the delivery receipt. 
  2. Confirm the number of cartons matches the Bill of Lading. 
  3. If any cartons are missing or damaged: Clearly note the issue on the Bill of Lading.  Refuse delivery only if damage is extensive. Contact us immediately for support. 
  4. Failure to note damage or shortages may limit your ability to claim reimbursement.
  5. Refused shipments without valid cause will be subject to our Return Policy. 

 

Freight Signature Waiver Option:

 

Orders shipped via freight typically require a signature upon delivery for your protection. 

 

If you prefer to waive the signature requirement, please contact our Support Team by email prior to shipment. By waiving the signature, you accept full responsibility for any lost, stolen, or misdelivered packages after carrier delivery confirmation. 

 

 

Additional Shipping Notes:

  • PO Boxes & Military Addresses: We do not ship to PO Boxes or APO/FPO addresses. 
  • Split Shipments: Some orders may ship in multiple boxes or from different warehouses. You’ll receive tracking info for each. 
  • Backorders: If an item is unavailable, we’ll notify you within 48 business hours. You may choose to wait or cancel for a full refund
  • Signature Required: Orders $300 or more require a signature upon delivery unless you’ve submitted a signature waiver in advance. 
  • Shipping Area: We currently ship only within the 48 contiguous U.S. states

 

 

Weather & Carrier Delay Disclaimer:

 

Please Note: Severe weather, natural disasters, and other carrier-related issues may delay shipments. Poolshop.com is not liable for delays once a package leaves our facility. We appreciate your understanding and patience in these rare situations.
